Holiday Homes for Rent
For those who prefer the comforts of home while on holiday we have a choice of 3 brand new (2011) holiday homes for rent. Choose between 2 or 3 bedrooms.
All our Holiday Homes have:
- Only 2 miles from Perranporth, 6 miles to Newquay and just 10 miles to Truro
- TV with Freeview, and DVD.
- Double glazing, extra insulation, gas fire and heating.
- Full cooker, fridge, and microwave.
- Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
- Shower, washbasin and WC
- Free hot water, gas and electric
- Parking Space and a private garden or stoned area with picnic bench
- Bed Linen is provided for the number of berths within a holiday home. 2 Bedroom is 4 berth. 3 bedroom is 6 berth. Additional bedding must be requested before arrival if needed.
- The number of people occupying the caravan must not exceed the number of berths unless previously discussed by phone or letter.
- One of our vans is dog friendly (£45.00 / week)
- No hidden extras to pay for on arrival!

TERMS
A 25% deposit per week is required on bookings all year (within 7 days of booking).
Balance is to be paid strictly 6 weeks before arrival (we reserve the right to re-let the static caravan if the balance is not paid in full).

You may occupy the static from 4pm onwards - last arrival 8pm.
You must vacate the static by 10am on your day of departure.
Returnable Cleaning Deposit of £100.00 per booking is to be paid with the balance of your booking please see our Terms & Conditions.
